Montesano School District

Excellence in Education

Montesano is a community where people learn,
grow and work together.  With high-quality
instruction, every student, regardless of race, class,
language, or disability, can succeed.

Welcome Back!!!!!!

We are excited to start our hybrid program on January 11th for grades kindergarten through sixth grades. “A” students come to the building on Monday and Tuesday and “B” students come to the building Thursday and Friday. The remaining three days are remote learning days with Wednesday continuing as a half day.

Yes, we have to wear masks, and other countermeasures will be in place for everyone’s health and safety.

Please make sure your health attestation for the quarter is done on Skyward before students come to the building. Also, please be vigilant in checking for symptoms and have your child learn remotely or take the day off if they’re sick. This is an integral part in keeping the building open.

Also, there is always the potential of individual/multiple classrooms needing to move to remote learning due to positive cases from staff and students. While we hope this doesn’t happen,  we feel it is important to remind families to check emails/skyward regularly to stay updated. We will do our best to notify families as quickly and efficiently if issues arise. We appreciate your flexibility and partnership in navigating our next step of getting all kids back into the building.
