*While the elementary schools have early release for conferences November 7 through November 10, the Jr-Sr High will be on regular schedule November 7 and November 8.

We will be using Skyward Family Access to schedule all conferences. The scheduling window is Monday, October 31 through Monday, November 7. All conferences must be scheduled during this window.

If you did not have your photo taken last month, you will need to have it taken this time around. Do not wear green as all pictures are taken in front of a green screen. After picture day, you will have an opportunity to view pictures and purchase portraits online at that time. All students are required to be photographed for school records.
Running Start Students: If you still need your photo taken, please arrive Wednesday anytime between 8:15-10:00AM. Head to the HS Gym foyer for your photo.

Jostens will be here this Wednesday, October 5 at 10:00AM to meet with the Class of 2023 regarding graduation order such as caps, gowns, etc. Seniors should plan on attending this event. If you cannot attend, please pick up ordering material in the HS Office at some point after the meeting.
Read MoreThis Friday students, grades 7-12, will have an opportunity to participate in a Student Homework & Workload Stress survey. This is an internal survey designed to assess the current stress levels of students at MHS.
We are hoping to get feedback from our students regarding their perceived stress level at school, their opinions regarding differing school schedules such as later start times and/or early release times, in addition to other general questions relating to ways school spirit can improve at MHS.
While we encourage students to participate in the survey, this survey is completely optional. If you or your student wishes to opt-out of the survey on Friday, simply reply to this email and we will have an alternative task for them to do during this time.

Reminder for High School Students: Tomorrow is the deadline for purchasing your class shirt for Spirit Week.

These shirts are completely voluntary. If your student doesn't want a class designed shirt, they are encouraged to wear their class color on the Wednesday (10/19) of Homecoming Week:
Freshman are RED,
Sophomores are PURPLE,
Juniors are BLUE, and
Seniors are BLACK
If you choose to purchase a shirt, please note that all shirts will be delivered to Montesano High School and their class advisor will hand them out. Please do not change the shipping address when purchasing.
Again, the purchasing deadline is: Tuesday, September 27
