Annual Student Information Update

Online Annual Student Information Update: The Montesano School District uses online forms to update information for all returning students including incoming seventh graders. This is our Annual Student Information Update.  We will not be sending forms home. This Information Update will open on Wednesday, August 13 and will be open through Monday, August 18.  It is critical that you complete all steps during this registration window.  All students must have these forms completed in order to view their class schedules. Lockers will be assigned at our BACK-TO-SCHOOL EVENT on Thursday, August 21.

To begin the annual update, log into Skyward: Parents/guardians will need to log into Skyward Family Access.  To get to the Skyward link, visit the district website at www.monteschools.org.  Click on the Skyward tab.  A new window will open and you’ll be asked for your Skyward credentials. If you do not remember your password, need it reset, or just need assistance with Skyward, you can email mhsskyward@monteschools.org or leave a message at 360.249.4041.

Junior High Orientation: 7th Grade Orientation night on Thursday, August 21 at 6:00PM.  You can take a look at where your child’s classrooms are located and meet the principal and assistant principal, counseling staff, office staff and other staff members. Students should take advantage of this opportunity to practice their locker combinations and get a feel for the campus layout and class locations.  We encourage you to attend this important evening.

Remember, the online Annual Student Information Update needs to be completed before students can access their schedules.  Please contact us if we can be of assistance.

Out of District Students

If you reside outside the Montesano School District boundaries, you are required to annually submit a Non Resident Choice Form for each child. This application is available online at https://eds.ospi.k12.wa.us/choicetransferrequest. If your child’s resident (home) district is not listed, you will need to fill out and submit the Non Resident Choice Form directly to the district office to be considered for enrollment.
