Cyrus Parsons
My plan after high school is to get my subcontractors license here once these restrictions are lifted. Then to own my own business and continue providing for myself and possibly a family if I choose to do so. My most memorable memory is going to be this year alone. Only going to happen once in a lifetime.

Danyka Nebel
My name is Danyka Nebel, and I am going to Saint Martin's University after high school. My favorite high school memory was during my sophomore year. The MHS Drama Club took a trip to Ashland, Oregon for the Shakespeare festival. We were able to see several plays, participate in workshops, and explore the town itself.

Van Micah Reynolds
By far my favorite memory from these past four years was my junior year when I performed in my last major play before our old director Mrs. Hornback retired from her position. All the wonderful experiences I acquired since the very moment I decided to join Drama Club came to a bittersweet end that night when we performed the last night of Pajama Game. Drama Club was always a place of camaraderie and kinship for me and many others from rehearsals to the after parties that Mrs. Hornback graciously hosted. These are the experiences from high school that I will always look upon most fondly.
I will finish my AA at Grays Harbor College this next Fall quarter after which I will attend Eastern Washington University where I am hoping to be accepted into their two year Social Work BA degree program with a Minor in Hospital administration. I then plan to continue at Eastern to earn my Masters, MSW Degree, with their one year program they offer. I hope to graduate in 2024. Then I hope to start a career in a hospital setting. My final long range career goal is to have my own private practice helping people with their life struggles.
Letter to Montesano Class of 2020
Hello, Class of 2020!
I hope you and your families are all doing well. I know this is not how you planned to spend the last few months of your senior year and we were looking forward to enjoying that graduation experience right along with you. When the announcement was made last Monday, a whole range of emotions hit me even though I was not surprised that the decision was made. Anger and frustration were a big part of how I was feeling but mostly, I felt disappointed and sad for all of you. You have worked very hard to get to this point and to have that taken away seems very unfair.
