REPORT CARDS -END OF SEMESTER 1

 

Our Flag is lowered by Presidential Proclamation in memory of former President Jimmy Carter, who passed away on December 29 at the age of 100. Our flag will remain lowered through Tuesday, January 28 in his honor.

Hey students!  TONIGHT is the Girls' Basketball game at 6:45PM.  It's Student Appreciation Night!  Every junior high or high school student that enters with their ASB card will be eligible for freebies and raffle prizes, like pizza, donuts and t-shirts!  The theme is USA.  Dress up and support your team as they take on Hoquiam.  Let's make our student section LOUD.  Go Dogs!

 Tonight is the first night of the Senior One Acts! What Happens in Neverland, Stays in Neverland by Jon Jory was selected, directed, and produced by the Drama Club Seniors - Samantha Richart, Samantha McElravy, Polina Vilchitskaya, and Aubrey Franklin. There will be three showings, beginning tomorrow night at 7:00PM, Saturday at 7:00PM, and a final matinee performance on Sunday at 2:00PM. The performances will be held in the Commons . Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime and tickets are $5.  Tickets are available at the Bookkeeping Office.

 Attention Juniors! The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)  test is coming up. This is a great opportunity to help you explore career strengths and options. Testing will be held on the following dates based on last names:
* A-H: Tuesday, January 28, 2025 @ 8:20 am- High School Library
* I-Q: Thursday, January 30, 2025 @ 8:20 am- High School Library
* R-Z: Tuesday, February 18, 2025 @ 8:20 am- High School Library

Yearbooks are back on sale now! This is our final sales period to buy a YEARBOOK for the 2024-2025 school year. Yearbooks are $75 and can be purchased online through the Bulldog Online Store on the school website.

SENIORS: The Senior Ad deadline for the Yearbook is February 3. If you think your parent purchased an ad for you, please make sure they are aware of this deadline. All photos and artwork must be submitted by this date, and the ad must be paid in full by February 3 also.

Attention Junior High Students: 2nd quarter ends TODAY which means your 5th period elective will be changing!  Make sure you check Skyward so you know where you’re going on Monday!!

Attention all 8th-11th grade students: There will be a Cheer Team information meeting on Wednesday, February 5 at 1:30PM in the Library regarding tryouts for the 2025-2026 school year No previous cheer experience is required and we also will be looking for cheer team managers. All interested students who want to learn about the Cheer Team should plan on attending this meeting! If you have questions, please email Coach Tiffanee at tparson@monteschools.org.
