Medication

Under normal circumstances medication of any kind should be dispensed before and /or after hours under supervision of a parent or guardian. It may be necessary to adjust medication time so that this occurs.

If medication is required to be given during school hours, an Authorization for Medication at School Request must be completed by the doctor and parent before the medication is brought in original container be kept at school. This applies to all drugs, prescriptions and/or nonprescriptions. If you have any questions, please contact the school office to discuss this requirement with the school nurse.
